All next day deliveries will be tracked via DPD. You should recieve an email or text with your tracking number and delivery time/details on the day of delivery. Some of these services may be limited depending on location (e.g. offshore islands).
Please note the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class options are not a tracked service and may take a few days. Please only use this option if you are in no rush for your goods.
This feature allows you to add products to your own customised list for a later date. This is a handy way to build shopping lists to order at another time.
To add simply click on a product and select the Add to Wishlist button.
To access your list click the star icon at the bottom right of the website, you can then add all or select products to add to cart. If you Login with an account you can access your wishlists on different devices.
Yes simply go to My Account and select View Addresses. You can add or edit your address book for your account.
Click LOGIN at the top of the site and select FORGOT PASSWORD. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent.
If you are an end user simply click the LOGIN button at the top of the site and select Sign Up. This will create your account instantly and you will be ready to order.
If you are a trade customer then you will need to apply for a business account HERE or click the TRADE CUSTOMER button on the home page. This will be evaluated and you will be contacted within the next 24/48 hours.
If you are after a credit account we require at least 6 months of transaction history as well as other trade references. Please contact us for further information.
