The VMH 35 is now available for diesel engines. Transform your boat from analogue to digital era without expensive converters. Upgrade your boat with a state-of-the-art multifunction digital display. With a powerful embedded gateway, it converts from CAN and/or analogue to NMEA 2000® certified output.
The VMH 35-D is the perfect solution for monitoring your diesel engine. With a configurable dial scale of 3000 or 4000 RPM, the VMH 35-D is a compact display capable of showing a wide amount of data from your engine, battery, tank, and GPS. Specific information about your diesel engine is provided together with alarms, either received from the SAE J1939 bus or locally set through the embedded menu. Both 12V and 24V systems are supported.
The VMH 35 has a sun-readable colour hybrid display with a mineral glass front lens and a brushed stainless-steel ring. It has an integrated light sensor that adjusts the brightness for optimal visibility and comfort, as well as two soft-touch buttons for easy navigation and configuration. The embedded high-performance GPS receiver further enhances the display capabilities by adding speed, position and heading data.
The VMH 35 is compatible with any VMH master device, such as the VMH 70, which can receive data from various sensors and sources via NMEA 2000, analog, or resistive inputs. The VMH 35 connects to the master device via the EasyLink connection, which provides power and data transmission with a single cable. You can also use your smartphone to configure the VMH 35 thanks to the wireless AirWave technology and the Veratron App.

Replaced some Yanmar gauges with 2x VM35D 6xVM14. Hardest part was getting the old gauges and wiring harness out. Impressive amount of configuration options - some defaults seemed a bit odd on the alarms - and the menu system is fiddly if you want to make lots of changes. NFC setup of the VM14 is neat but only reliable from the rear of the device. Fit old cutouts perfectly and easy connect to NMEA2000 in my config. Look smart and modern - easy to read but to be fair not been a lot of sun to test brightness!
